Last week I was in that mood: You know the one, where clutter shouts from the corners, the pockets, the drawers, even the rooftops! The only reasonable thing to do was to lace up my boots and go for a walk in the woods.
Thank goodness I did. Do you know what I found? I found clutter. The forest was a beautiful mess. Limbs were down, dead leaves rotting, and mud was all about. And no one, not a squirrel, a bird, deer or worm spoke of displeasure. In fact, small signs of green were emerging. The swamp ferns that start out looking like mammal eating plants, were all at the ready.
It’s amazing how nature can hit our re-set button: Just like that, if we are open to it. I hope nature is pushing all sorts of buttons for you this week. I really trust what she has to say. It’s endless you know.
PS: The men are back meditating with their rods in the stream. All seems right with the world today.
